It is a legal requirement for all dogs to wear a tag with their owners contact name/number and address. I agree to provide my pet with a tag whilst in the care of Erin's Pet Sitting Services:
Erin's Pet Sitting Services provides both group walks and solo walks depending on the owners preference. Erin's Pet Sitting Services will match dogs based on personalities and energy levels and will keep dogs to a maximum group of 4.

I hereby give Erin Benson (Erin's Pet Sitting Services) permission to walk my dog(s) off-lead during any scheduled walk undertaken. I also understand the potential consequences that can occur to my dog or other dogs, from walking my dog off-lead while in the care of Erin's Pet Sitting Services.

I agree to release Erin Benson (Erin's Pet Sitting Services) from all liability in the event of loss, injury or harm resulting from my dog being walked off-lead.
I understand that Erin's Pet Sitting Services will only allow dogs to be walked off-lead if Erin, as dog walker, considers it safe to do so. Erin's Pet Sitting Service will never guarantee that dogs will be walked off-lead, even if consent is given
I understand that Erin Benson (Erin's Pet Sitting Services) will have less control over my dog(s) actions & I therefore I accept full liability for any damage caused to or by my dog, and take full responsibility for the actions or disappearance of my dog whilst off-lead walking
